New Sailing Instructions As of Aug 16th — owing to relaxing of pandemic restrictions

There will be a new course and new Sailing Instructions for the Thursday-Night Series. These instructions completely supplant all previous Sailing Instructions including the Amendment of June 27th that addressed the restrictions of the Emergency Management Act.
